Our T-Shirts

Zero Waste

Unwanted clothes are the second largest polluters on the planet so we operate a zero waste policy.

In order to prevent our garments from going to landfill, our t-shirts and bags are only printed when we know we have a buyer who wants and values them. This means that every t-shirt you order is specifically printed just for you.

Repairs

One of the biggest reasons clothes end up in landfill is because they are in need of repair, so we ensure that our garments are of top quality, so that they last longer, and if they do need repairing we will repair them for you.

Earth Positive

We print on Earth Positive t-shirts and bags made by Continental. They are made from organic cotton with a neutral carbon footprint and manufactured using renewable energy. Continental is a member of Fair Wear and operates a Fair Share policy to ensure their garment workers receive a fair wage.

Reducing carbon emissions

We print our t-shirts and bags once a month to minimise carbon emissions caused by transporting goods.

Quality Printing

We source the highest quality textile digital printers in the UK to print on our t-shirts and bags.

Delivery dates

We print our t-shirts and bags once a month to minimise carbon emissions caused by transporting goods and also to provide a more stable workflow for those in our supply chain. Pre-orders for printed t-shirts and bags open on the first day of each month and close on the last day of each month. The turnaround for printing is usually a fortnight.

The Timeline 67 T-Shirt Series

A Story in T-Shirts is an exciting new concept in story-telling. A series of t-shirts are illustrated with key scenes from a story, like a graphic novel, but the t-shirts are the pages. (The backs of the t-shirts contain Back Stories for the characters with an extra story insight.)

The very first story to be presented in this way is Timeline 67, a story set in 1901 and inspired by a shipwreck in Cornwall.

Each t-shirt also has a sub-text story that is inspired by the giant issues we are currently facing in our society – trafficking, homelessness and the refugee crisis.

The t-shirts are being released as a limited edition of only 100 t-shirts.

We operate a zero waste policy so the t-shirts are only printed when we know we have a buyer who wants and values them. This means that every t-shirt you order is specifically printed just for you.

We only make one order at the end of every month. Pre-orders open at the beginning of each month and close on the last day of each month.

Printed on the highest quality textile digital printer in the UK, the t-shirts are then signed and numbered by hand by author/illustrator Tracey Dockree and registered on a secure database so that you know you have the original t-shirt and not a copy.

Printing usually takes a fortnight so, allowing for delivery times and hand-signing limited edition items, your order should reach you by the end of the following month. For example, pre-orders made in April should arrive by the end of May. The notice at the bottom of the page will let you know the expected delivery date for pre-orders that day.

We print on Earth Positive t-shirts made by Continental from organic cotton with a neutral carbon footprint and manufactured using renewable energy. Continental is a member of Fair Wear and operates a Fair Share policy to ensure their garment workers receive a fair wage.

What is A Story in T-Shirts?

A Story in T-Shirts is a brand new concept combining fashion and storytelling. A series of t-shirts are illustrated with key scenes from a story, so that they read like pages in a graphic novel. Collect all the t-shirts and you have the story!

Timeline 67 is written and illustrated by Fashion Designer Tracey Dockree and is the very first story to be presented as A Story in T-ShirtsTM . The t-shirt designs will be released as limited editions and all t-shirts will be individually numbered and signed by the designer.

The story and artwork for each t-shirt scene touches on one of the dark issues affecting society today and is dedicated to a charity addressing it. The selected charity receives 50% of profits from any product with related artwork on it.

Printed to order as a limited edition by the highest quality textile digital printer in the UK, they are signed and numbered by author/illustrator Tracey Dockree and registered on a secure database so that you know you have the original t-shirt and not a copy.

It is estimated that there will be 12 chapters altogether with 5 t-shirt scenes per chapter. Each chapter takes a few months to create so rather than wait a few years for the complete series to be finished, the story will be released a chapter at a time. I anticipate that each new chapter will be released with 5 new scenes every few months or so.
