OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt we will exchange it or refund the amount you paid for the item, whichever you prefer.
Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal.
You have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Download and print a Returns Form here. To exchange a product, please fill in the details of the exchange on the Returns Form. Any feedback that you have about the product you are returning enables us to improve the products we sell. Telling us why you are returning it is especially helpful to us.
Regrettably, due to the trend for ordering, taking a selfie and returning, you will need to pay for the postage of any returns at the carrier of your choice. So please choose your product carefully and check all measurements. When you become a trusted and regular customer we will pay for any returns on your behalf.
If the product is damaged, send us a photograph and we will email you a prepaid postage label to print and attach to your return. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
UK RETURNS BY ROYAL MAIL
Please remember to check that the Post Office is providing a receipt with our address on it as proof of posting. Retain it for your reference until you have received your refund. We cannot process a refund until we receive the returned item so you will need your proof of posting in the event that the item isn’t delivered to us.
